My Story

Mr. Sesenaya is deeply passionate about empowering immigrant communities across the DelMarVa Peninsula to overcome the legal and economic challenges they face. He understands the barriers many immigrants encounter—from navigating complex immigration systems to starting and sustaining small businesses—and is dedicated to providing accessible, culturally responsive legal services and training. Through Eden Law Center, he works to ensure that legal empowerment becomes a vehicle for lasting stability, dignity, and generational success.

Before founding Eden Law Center, Mr. Sesenaya worked for Baltimore City Public Schools for fifteen (15) years, where he served as both an educator and advocate. He is known for his ability to demystify legal language and systems, helping people from all walks of life understand their rights and opportunities. His work in public education continues to inform his community-centered approach to law and leadership.

Mr. Sesenaya had also worked as an investment banker on Wall Street, where he successfully raised capital for startup ventures. His unique combination of legal, financial, and social expertise allows him to bridge the gap between policy and practice in ways that uplift entire communities.

He earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Florida A&M University College of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He also holds an MBA from Morgan State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work, also at Morgan State University. This rare and powerful blend of legal, financial, and social training equips Mr. Sesenaya to lead Eden Law Center Corp. with both visionary strategy and grounded compassion.
